Thomas J. Sessa

Thomas J. Sessa

Tom’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and trust administration. Tom believes that the key to developing the proper estate plan is taking the time to establish a real relationship with each client.

Tom has extensive experience in working with professionals, business owners and families with special needs children. He finds it particularly rewarding in helping navigate the specific issues that these families face. This also provides Tom an opportunity to assist with multi-generational planning and business succession planning. Tom often serves as an independent trustee for many of his clients.

In addition to estate planning, Tom’s practice includes helping clients navigate probate matters, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and advising trustees and personal representatives in carrying out their fiduciary duties.

Outside of the office, Tom is a Host Team Leader at Church of the Nativity in Timonium, Maryland and he and his wife are kept busy managing the schedules of their three children.
